Ego Is Not a Dirty Word is the second studio album by Skyhooks, released in July 1975. It was the follow-up to their highly successful debut album, Living in the 70s (1974).
At the Australian 1975 King of Pop Awards the album won ‘Most Popular Australian Album’. At the 1975 Australian Record Awards, the album won ‘Group Album of the Year’.
All My Friends Are Getting Married was the second and final single released from the album. The title track was the first single.
