Wikipedia:
She’s a Woman was the B-side of I Feel Fine, except in Australia where it was released as a double-A-side single.
I Feel Fine includes one of the earliest uses of guitar feedback in popular music. Lennon wrote the song’s guitar riff while the Beatles were in the studio recording Eight Days a Week in October 1964, and kept playing it between takes.
She’s a Woman originated in McCartney’s attempt to write a song in the style of Little Richard. The lyrics include the first reference to drugs in a Beatles song, with the line “turn(s) me on” referring to marijuana. The Beatles recorded it in October 1964, during the sessions for their album Beatles for Sale.
She’s a Woman received praise from several music critics and musicologists for McCartney’s strong vocal and the band’s loud backing.
The songs were released as a non-album single.
