Both sides of Zoot’s second single were produced and written by Twilights guitarist Terry Britten, who was then branching out into a wider role as a freelance producer and songwriter. 1 x 2 x 3 x 4 became a moderate Melbourne hit. However combined with the “Think Pink” campaign, it cemented Zoot’s image as a lightweight bubblegum pop outfit.
