Santa Never Made It into Darwin is a charity single, recorded by Bill and Boyd. Funds raised supported the city of Darwin following Cyclone Tracy on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day 1974. At the 1975 Australian Record Awards, the song won Song of the Year.
Bill and Boyd were William “Bill” Cate and William “Boyd” Robertson. They began their careers in Wellington, New Zealand before relocating to Sydney in 1964. They were musically active from 1959 to 1989.
