The video clip above:
George’s widow and son, Olivia and Dhani, held an online competition in 2014, in which filmmakers were invited to create a video clip for What Is Life. They selected Brandon Moore of Oakland, California as the winner, who received a $5000 cash prize. His entry became the official video for the track. It shows dance interpretations by Emma Rubinowitz and Esteban Hernandez of the San Francisco Ballet, filmed in the streets and woods of the San Francisco Presidio.

Wikipedia:
George’s backing musicians on the song include Eric Clapton and the entire Delaney & Bonnie and Friends band, with whom he had toured during the final months of the Beatles.
The track opens with George playing the fuzztone guitar riff, which is then joined by Carl Radle’s bass and “churning” rhythm guitar from Eric, before Jim Gordon’s drums bring the full band in.
