Wikipedia:
On the back of her Australian success, Lynne Randell went to the United Kingdom and performed at Liverpool’s Cavern Club. By 1967, she was in the United States, where she met The Monkees and had a brief relationship with Davy Jones. She toured with them as part of a bill that also featured Jimi Hendrix and Ike & Tina Turner.
Her next single, Ciao Baby written by Larry Weiss and Scott English, was recorded in New York and released on CBS Records in Australia. Epic Records also released it in the US. Randell shot a colour video for Ciao Baby, believed to be the first by an Australian artist.

Lyrics:
Ciao baby, let’s call it a day
Ciao baby, go ahead and throw my love away
No baby it’s too late to change your mind and stay
Please don’t drag it out much longer
Leave before the hurt gets stronger, ciao
